The Unseen Shoppe Returns Policy for items sold on www.theunseenshoppe.co.za

If for any reason at all, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund, or exchange it for something else. No quibbles and no funny handshakes required. All we ask is that you return it within 14 days, in its original packaging, in substantially the same condition it was received in and that you have your proof of purchase.

 

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase but cannot meet the requirements above please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the matter. Please note that depending on circumstances, we may only grant a partial refund to allow for the restocking of the items if appropriate.

 

Please be advised that returns and applications for refunds will be processed by arrangement and you are required to notify us of such a request.

 

We would also draw your attention to your rights in law and particularly the Consumer Protection Act no. 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 which may apply.
